In order to take on corporate's social responsibility, Haesung DS does not use minerals including tungsten, tantalium, tin, gold produced from Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and nine other disputed countries pursuant to the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

How we control Conflict Minerals

We researched on current mineral use by our partner companies at home and abroad
(85 companies in total).
we are monitoring these companies whether they are banning use of minerals from disputed areas, marking a separate category on the purchase order.
